Processing an Order

Full payment must be received before any despatch begins. All prices shown are GST inclusive and shown in Australian dollars. You will receive an order confirmation email or phone call, including your order number, purchase details, and total value of order. Lingerie Rack will contact you (via email or phone) within 2 business days if a product becomes unavailable after the order has been accepted. Lingerie Rack can suggest product alternatives or remove the item from the order and give you a full refund of the item that was unavailable.

For overseas orders payments must be by credit card and will be charged in Australian dollars using local currency rate (at the time).

Paying by credit card is quick, easy and secure. Paying by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard or AMEX is safe and secure. All credit card details and password are not kept on record. After your payment has gone through your details are immediately destroyed.

Your credit card will be charged just before your order is ready for despatched, If the card declines for some reason , we will contact you immediately and if we can not get a response from you within 7 days, we will cancel your order.
