Are the styles on your website the only available styles/colours?
Our website features an extremely wide range of styles and colours, but if you have a very important request, please email us. You'll never know what we might be able to do JUST FOR YOU! However, please keep in mind that all custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Is my personal information secure?

Do you take CODS?
Yes, we can only accept COD payments at the lingerie parties.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We usually ship in-stock items within 3 days unless the items are on back order, and it usually takes another 5-10 business days for you to receive your order, depending on where you live.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Direct deposit, Cheque, Cod only at lingerie parties.

I live outside Australia, can I still order from your store?
Yes, absolutely. We accept orders from anywhere in the world.

On an earlier visit, I saw an item that I really wanted...Where is it?
Please email us for availability or to find out if we will have it again. Please make sure to give us a good description and item number.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
We will notify you via email or phone when we ship out your order. In some case, if you feel you did not receive the confirmation
email, you can always call or email us for detail info.

Can I get my order shipped faster?
Yes, we offer express shipping at an additional charge. Simply choose a express postage, rather than Normal.

Does your company offer a catalogue?
Sorry, we do not offer a paper catalogue at this moment.

What carrier does your company use to ship packages?
We ship using Australia post or Express post

I just placed an order and I want to make changes to it, what should I do?
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. This process is necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order. Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to modify it. Please contact our customer service for your request.
